In just 30 minutes, you’ll move through mindful stretches, simple flows, and breathwork that build strength, improve mobility, and bring a sense of clarity before the day begins. It’s the perfect way to create a healthy routine that supports both your mental wellbeing and brain health.
Join us for a refreshing 30-minute morning yoga session from 7:15–7:45am (GMT) — the perfect follow-up to our early sunrise class and an ideal option if you prefer a slightly later start.
This gentle yet energising practice is designed to help you stretch, awaken the body, and settle the mind before stepping into the day. Through mindful movements, simple flows, and grounding breathwork, you’ll release stiffness, improve mobility, and create a sense of calm focus.
