Kindrelle Klub Membership – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kindrelle Klub.

By purchasing or participating in a Kindrelle Klub membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership

Kindrelle Klub membership provides access to the benefits outlined in your membership plan, which may include events, workshops, online sessions, community activities, resources, and member-exclusive offers.

Membership benefits may evolve over time to improve the member experience.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

If your membership is on a recurring payment plan, you authorise the applicable payment method to be charged at the agreed intervals until cancellation.

3. Renewals and Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account or by contacting us directly.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds will be provided for unused membership time.

Kindrelle Klub reserves the right to cancel or suspend memberships where these terms have been breached.

4. Events and Activities

Membership may include access to online or in-person events.

Event schedules, speakers, venues, and content may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

If an event is cancelled, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative where possible.

5. Community Guidelines

Kindrelle Klub is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment.

Members agree to:

• Treat all participants with kindness and respect.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or disruptive conduct.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
• Engage in discussions constructively and in good faith.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any member whose behaviour is inconsistent with these principles.

6. Health and Wellbeing

Kindrelle Klub may offer wellbeing, mindfulness, meditation, personal development, or educational activities.

These activities are intended for informational and personal enrichment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, recordings, resources, and intellectual property provided through Kindrelle Klub remain the property of Kindrelle Klub or the relevant content creator unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared commercially without prior written permission.

8. Recordings, Photography and Media

Certain online and in-person events may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured for educational, community, promotional, or marketing purposes.

By participating in Kindrelle Klub events, you acknowledge that your name, image, voice, likeness, or contributions may be included in recordings, photographs, videos, livestreams, or other media content.

For online events, participants who prefer not to appear in recordings may choose to keep their camera and microphone switched off where appropriate.

For in-person events, reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees when photography or filming is taking place. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please inform a member of the Kindrelle Klub team before or during the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Recordings, photographs, and media content may be used by Kindrelle Klub for community communications, social media, website content, promotional materials, and future marketing activities.

Where recordings are shared, they will be intended solely for Kindrelle Klub members unless otherwise specified.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your information and will not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindrelle Klub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in membership activities, events, or use of any resources provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to Membership and Terms

Kindrelle Klub reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, policies, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Members will be notified of any material changes.
